Privacy Policy

The Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) contains a Privacy Policy (“Policy”). All capitalized words in this document have no meaning other than that stated in the text.

Respecting the right to confidentiality, the PP collects and systematizes only those data necessary for registering the Partner in the PP, as well as identifying them in the system for the convenience of using the services. No additional personal information of the Partner is collected.

When registering with the PP, the Partner accepts the privacy rules and agrees to the processing of personal data.

Collection and storage of personal data

The PP has the right to collect and store the following information:
  • personal data of the Partner entered during the registration process in the PP, as well as updated information of the Partner;
  • data provided by the Partner via messengers, including support requests, crash reports, and other messages;
  • data of executed payments;
  • information about the configuration of the Partner's computer, including information about the software's and network's properties and settings.

The PP has the right to collect information regarding the use of cookies by the Partner. Cookies are needed to identify the Partner as a registered user of the website, as well as to store various information about the Partner's account to avoid re-entering this information when possible.

The Partner has the right to refuse the storage of cookies. To do this, select the appropriate option in the browser settings. However, it is important to note that this may result in the loss of the ability to use certain or all elements of the PP website.

The PP reserves the right to use cookies unless the Partner sets another option in the browser settings.

Use of the entered information

The PP reserves the right to use the stored information about the Partner in the following ways:
  • Partner is granted access to the PP website;
  • to improve the operation of the site;
  • for the purpose of identifying the Partner among other users of the website, for the public publication of the Partner's data (for example, ratings, positions, etc.);
  • to improve the selection of an advertising campaign that meets the interests of the Partner;
  • to generate various notifications about possible changes and updates to the website, as well as to send additional information to the Partner related directly to the PP website.

Disclosure of data

The PP will not provide the Partner's personal information to third parties except for the following cases provided by law. The PP reserves the right to disclose the Partner's personal data in the event of statutory obligations or government orders.

Information Access

The Partner has the right to change personal data. The Partner may make changes to the extent permitted by the PP Website through the use of the Partner's account.

Changes to the Policy

Any changes to the Policy will be made in accordance with the clauses of the Agreement.
